What we collect

When you request a date or send us a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the space and time block you're interested in, your event type and date, and any message you write. We do not collect payment card details on this site; deposits, when enabled, are processed by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, hold or confirm your date, send booking confirmations and rental agreements, and answer questions about your event. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website measurement to understand which pages people visit and whether they find the booking calendar. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and contract purposes. Inquiry messages are retained until they're no longer needed to serve you.
