Rental Terms

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a date through the availability calendar creates a request, not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews every request and confirms by email. A date is only held once we confirm it and the deposit is received.

Deposits and payment

A refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before your event date unless your rental agreement states otherwise. Rates shown on this site are per space, per time block, and do not include optional add-ons.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your event. Within 14 days, the deposit is retained. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Use of the facility

• Outside caterers are welcome and may use the on-site commercial kitchen.
• Pool bookings require certified lifeguards, which we provide.
• Children must be supervised in the playground and pool areas at all times.
• The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear during the rental period.

Liability

Riverfront Venues is not responsible for personal property left on the premises. Certain event types may require proof of event insurance, which we'll tell you about in writing before confirming.
